Care Instructions:
- Masking Removal: Leave the protective masking sheets firmly attached to the material faces while cutting or laser-processing to shield the acrylic from smoke residue and flashback scuffs. Peel the masking away cleanly starting from a corner after processing is finished.
- Cleaning Surfaces: To clean fingerprints or smudges off clear or mirrored sheets, wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or ammonia-free plastic cleaner. Never use glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol on acrylic, as it can cause micro-cracking (crazing) along the cut edges.
- Storage Handling: Store your craft sheets completely flat on a smooth surface inside a temperature-controlled area. Storing sheets vertically leaning against a wall over long periods can cause slight material bowing or warping over time.

Does the Brushed Metallic ABS material cut all the way through cleanly on a laser cutter?
Yes, ABS can be vector cut using a laser, but it behaves differently than acrylic. It will leave a matte, non-polished edge when cut. ABS is primarily chosen for high-speed surface laser engraving to produce trophy labels, door signs, name tags, and serial plates.
