Yes, absolutely! We send a digital layout mock-up to your email for final approval before any production begins. This allows you to verify placement and spelling, ensuring your custom items turn out exactly right.
Can I mix different pen colors within a single bulk order?
Yes! You can choose an assortment of different pen barrel colors to add variety to your event or giveaway. The only requirement is that the custom engraving text or logo must remain identical across the entire batch to qualify for the wholesale tiers.
How are the turnaround times calculated if I select a rush option?
Standard processing takes 10 business days. If you select our 1 Week (+15%) or 3 Days (+20%) rush options from the dropdown, that timeline cuts down production time significantly and prioritizes your order in our engraving queue.
What happens if there is a spelling mistake on my order?
Because laser engraving is permanent, we highly recommend double-checking your text before submitting. If you notice a typo after ordering, please message us immediately! Once you officially approve the digital proof via email, the design is locked in for production.
